Orders

Orders are processed within 24–72 business hours after payment confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Yes. You may request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, or once your order enters processing, changes are no longer possible.

Please contact us immediately at contact@wefeedthepaws.com. If your order has not yet been processed, we'll do our best to update your shipping address.

Shipping & Delivery

Yes. We proudly ship to most countries worldwide.

Orders containing 3 or more items qualify for FREE Standard Tracked Shipping worldwide.

Orders with fewer than 3 items are subject to a flat shipping fee of $4.99 USD.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • United States & Canada: 5–9 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–10 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5–8 business days
  • Mexico: 7–10 business days
  • Europe: 5–7 business days
  • Rest of the World: 7–10 business days

Mor most destinations, we ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning import duties and taxes are prepaid.

Some remote destinations may still require local customs charges.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

Tracking information may take 2–4 days to appear after your order has been dispatched.

If there are still no updates after this period, please contact us.

Shipping times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs, weather, or local courier delays.

If your order appears unusually delayed, please contact our support team.

Please contact us within 7 days of the delivery confirmation. We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help find the best solution.

The Feeding Circle Membership

The Feeding Circle is our monthly membership that helps provide 30 nutritious meals every month to dogs in need.

Members receive:

  • Monthly impact reports
  • Photos and updates from our feeding operations

Membership costs $29.99 per month.

Your first payment is processed 14 days after joining.

After that, your membership renews automatically every 30 days.

Yes. You may cancel at any time without cancellation fees or long-term commitments.

Because each month's meals are funded at the beginning of every billing cycle, membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed.
